Refund and cancellation policy

Updated October 28, 2026

This page explains how paid Lyre plans renew, how to cancel and how to ask for a refund. It works with the Terms of Service. Prices and what each plan includes are shown at checkout before you pay.

How renewal works

A paid plan renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. You agree to this before your first payment. We will tell you in advance if the price or renewal terms change.

How to cancel

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Uninstalling Lyre or deleting your Lyre account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel in the store first. Deleting your account does stop a website subscription from renewing; it does not refund the current period.

Refunds

Cancelling is not an automatic refund of past charges. To ask for a refund of a website purchase, email support@lyrestudio.net with the email on the account and the charge you mean. We review each request, and we refund charges that were made in error, duplicated, or that the law requires us to refund. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own processes.

If you live where consumer law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal right, or guarantees that a service works as described, that right applies and this page does not reduce it. Where you ask for a digital service to start immediately, we will ask for that request and confirmation at checkout.

Usage allowances

An included usage allowance is part of the plan for its period. Unused allowance does not carry over and has no cash value. Lyre does not sell prepaid balances.
