Terms of Service
Updated October 28, 2026
These terms cover your Lyre account and the online services Lyre LLC provides, such as the host directory, the encrypted relay, Lyre AI, voice and other hosted features. The Lyre software itself is covered by the End User License Agreement. How we handle personal information is in the Privacy policy. Lyre is operated by Lyre LLC, a Texas limited liability company. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you act for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.
Using Lyre without paying
You can use Lyre on your own computer and local network without an account. A free account adds features such as the encrypted relay, with the limits shown in the app and on our pricing page. Those limits can change; we will not reduce something you have already paid for during the period you paid for.
Accounts and access
Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if someone else may have used it. Use only computers, projects and accounts you are allowed to use. Pairing a device or sharing an app gives only the access you actually granted. It does not give anyone access to your source, agents, terminals, files or desktop unless you grant that.
Paid plans
Lyre Pro is $15 per month. Lyre AI is $100 per month. A Lyre AI plan includes a monthly usage allowance for Lyre-provided AI, and the higher relay and voice allowances shown when you subscribe. It is an allowance for the period, not a balance you can withdraw, carry over or transfer. Some hosted add-ons may be offered separately. Prices, taxes, what is included and any usage limit are shown at checkout before you pay. If something in the app differs from the checkout you accepted, the checkout and your order confirmation control.
Usage limits apply per account and reset on the schedule shown with the allowance. When you reach a limit, the feature pauses or tells you so; we do not charge extra for going over unless you agree to that first. Your own provider keys and subscriptions are separate: their charges and terms are between you and that provider.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. We will tell you about a price change before it takes effect and, where the law requires, ask for your agreement. You can cancel at any time. A direct subscription is cancelled from the billing page for your account, or by emailing support@lyrestudio.net; you do not need to call us or give a reason. A subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play is cancelled in that store account, and deleting the app or your Lyre account does not cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep what you paid for until the end of the period. See Refunds and cancellation.
Lyre AI and your content
You keep your rights in your projects, prompts and other content. You allow us and the providers that run a feature you use to process that content only to provide that feature, keep it secure, handle your requests and meet legal duties, as described in the privacy policy. We do not use your content to train models. AI output can be wrong, unsafe or similar to someone else's work. Check code, licenses and actions before you rely on, deploy or distribute them.
Do not put passwords, API secrets, payment details, health records or other highly sensitive data into Lyre AI requests, and share only material you are allowed to send. Lyre AI can send your messages and project context to the providers named in the privacy policy. Safety screening of Lyre AI requests on your computer is off unless you turn it on; if you turn it on, it is advisory and may flag or log content without by itself stopping your work. No screening guarantees that secrets or personal information are removed or that content is lawful or safe.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services to:
- access or control computers, accounts or data without permission;
- break the law, or infringe others' rights or privacy;
- distribute malware, run fraud or produce content that is illegal or exploitative;
- get around account, payment, security, regional or usage limits, or share one account's access with people who are not meant to have it;
- use a provider's service in a way its own terms prohibit, or interfere with the services or other people's use of them.
Security research is welcome within the systems and permissions you are authorized to test. Report a vulnerability or content concern to support@lyrestudio.net.
Remote viewing and shared computers
Remote desktop and app previews show whatever is on the screen or in the app, including other people's information and passwords. Only share a screen or app you are allowed to share, and tell anyone whose information may be visible.
Suspension, ending and deletion
We may limit or suspend a service for unpaid charges, security, unlawful use, a breach of these terms, a provider requirement or a legal duty. Where we reasonably can, we say why and give you a chance to fix it. You can stop using Lyre, cancel, and delete your account at any time; deletion is described in the privacy policy and does not cancel a store subscription or erase local files and independent provider accounts.
Availability and responsibility
Features can vary by version, device, region and provider, and services can be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular AI result. Keep your own backups of your projects. We are responsible as the law requires, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited or consumer rights that cannot be waived.
Law, changes and contact
Texas law governs these terms, except that mandatory consumer protections, and any court you are entitled to use in the place you live, still apply. If we make a material change we will give notice and, where the law requires, ask for your agreement; posting a new version does not by itself bind an existing customer to a material new term.
