Find the next action

Activity groups conversations into Needs your input, Ready to review and Working. Use computer and project scope to find the work you need. Select an item to open its conversation and answer, review or continue there.

Opening Activity alone does not acknowledge work. The conversation's existing acknowledgement behavior applies when you select it. Agent attention and a running script are separate states.

Follow provider tasks

To-dos reflect the task information supplied by the provider. Read them alongside the conversation's tools, questions and results. A checked task or finished agent is a progress observation; verify the requested behavior in the app or its tests.

Helper agents belong to their coordinator's work. Counts avoid treating every child as another independent task needing review.

See upcoming work

Upcoming schedules show timed work for the relevant computer. Open Schedules to edit the task, pause it or inspect its run history. Use Notifications to choose how this device alerts you.
