Schedule a task
-
Choose the computer and project
Open Schedules and create a schedule for the host that will run the work. Select its project and write a specific task.
-
Choose the conversation behavior
Start a new conversation for independent recurring work, or use an existing conversation for a heartbeat. Existing-conversation work uses that conversation's current provider and model.
-
Set the timing
Choose an available repeat preset and time zone, or enter exact custom cron. Review the next run before saving.
The host must be running and reachable to execute the task. A saved schedule is not a cloud job.
Choose how the agent works
Expand Agent & workspace for provider/model, workspace and available limits. Task mode supports Agent, Plan, Debug, Multitask and Ask. Provider mode controls the provider's own permissions; it is a separate setting.
Keep the stored time zone and custom cron expression when editing. Use the form's supported run-count and expiry limits when needed. Permissions and provider costs still apply to each run.
Manage runs
Inspect run history and logs to see what happened. Use Run once for an explicit immediate run, Pause to stop later runs, and Resume to enable them again. Review the confirmation before deleting a schedule.
Pausing future runs and stopping an already-running conversation are separate actions. To manage schedules from a terminal, see the CLI reference.
